Latest Projects
Park Lane
Park lane was a massive condiminum project where we did a full strip of all the exterior building materials and worked with engineers to fully waterproof and reside each building meeting all building codes and requirements.
King Edward
King Edward is a big 4 story apartment on the south side of Edmonton we stripped the entire exterior of this building, rebuilt all the decks, added vinyl deck membranes to each, railings as well as residing the entire building.
Bedform Arms
Bedford Arms is a two building 4 story apartment complex in west Edmonton. We completely stripped all the siding, replaced the windows , replaced the patio doors, redid the decks with a vinyl deck membrane and resided both buildings.
